Oftentimes we find ourselves not knowing how to handle our own trauma, much less someone else's. In our experience, organizations are even worse at this, which can truly cause damage. How do we navigate this? How do we see the signs of trauma, and what are we supposed to do with them? Why does knowing the answer to these questions even matter?
