#30 - Asteroids, the Feminine Archetypes
Did you know that out of the 10 planets typically used in astrology readings, only 2 are represented by female celestial bodies?!
We owe it to a couple of amazing women who felt that was a bit out of balance, and started to work with certain asteroids to expand the feminine energies in our charts.
In this episode, we had a blast diving into:
the history of the asteroids; when they were discovered, how many there are, etc…
the mythology of the most popular of the asteroids and what each of their stories and definitions are
on-the-fly interpretations of where each of those asteroids are in our charts; this was totally new to us, so it was really fun to consider how they show up for us
some entertaining, and possibly controversial, tangents?! lol

For our first year, each episode will follow the astrological calendar and focus on a different concept as our main theme.
Our goal is for these themes to build on each other, creating a living library of astrological sparks or knowledge and curious confabulation about the celestial realm.
We’ll weave in elements of personal evolution, herbalism, and a look at a chart that aligns with whatever topic we’re looking into that day.
