Let's talk about comparison, about how this action is the killer of all our dreams and keeps us stuck.

Think of all the time and energy you spend comparing yourself to others or "stalking" them.

Can you think of where you could spend all that time and energy?

Comparing causes so many indulging emotions and keeps us on a vicious cycle. This cycle of shame, fear, jealousy or doubt will stall our growth and robs us from reaching our goals.

When we are comparing we are not growing.

To stop comparing, we must be willing to make a choice and willing to look inward and focus all our energy and time into doing the work.
