This episode is about being on diet but still being able to cut yourself some slack, without losing your dedication and discipline to adher to your own diet.
Frying Friday to me is, all about rewarding your self with that bit of food and drink that is not in your daily diet. A diet can be good for your health, just don't overdo it. I am on diet because I enjoy life too much or at least I used too.
