So this episode won't be for everybody. It is outside the realm of what we normally talk about.

Most people are familiar with the concept of a physical fast when you fast from food usually for religious or health reasons. Most people are not familiar with taking a full-on mental fast. Some people take mental breaks from social media for their mental health but this is much more than that.

No. 2 - Eliminate TV/Social Media/Distractions/Newspaper


No. 3 - Listen to empowering audio CD


No. 4 - Associate with positive people/Disassociate with negative people


No. 5 - Drink plenty of fresh clean water


No. 7 - Exercise daily - Move more than normal


No. 8 - Reflection/meditation
