DAY 27 – BOX BREATHING            


Your challenge for today is to practise Box Breathing or Square

Breathing as it’s also called.

This is a short simple breathing meditation used in the military

and corporate world as it is very effective for enhancing focus and concentration.

All you need to do is:

  1. Breathe in for a count of four
  2. Hold your breath for a count of four
  3. Breathe out for a count of four
  4. Hold your breath for a count of four
  5. Repeat for around a minute or 10 breaths.
