DESCRIPTION
Gratitude is simply the importance of being thankful. Gratitude requires reflection and stillness. In the three days, I've been practicing it. I can't believe I haven't done this consistently before, so I'm going for consistency and being in the moment. So I'm trying to keep this super simple so that I will do my 30 days.
Part of the reason I'm recording and sharing, and posting it is so that I will be consistent so that I can be accountable. And also want to build community and have as many of you join me as possible.
