" I am Free"  Day 2 of the 30 Days to Blossom in Christ Affirmations  

I remember feeling as a failure as a Christian . I felt like I was doing everything to please everybody then God showed me that I was doing it all wrong. It wasn't to please men and religion but Him. He didn't need me to do anything bc He had already did it. His grace is sufficient.  The Word says, "The heart is free where the spirit of the Lord is (2 Corinthians 3:17), This means we no longer have to be enslaved with sin, people's opinions of us, or places and things that are detrimental to our relationship with God. This also mean we are free from religion/legalism (Romans 7:6).   Jesus came to fulfill the law (Matthew 5:17) so that we can be free forever.  He paid the ultimate price for our sin so that we can have a genuine relationship with the Father and not through deeds or acts. We no longer have to be in bondage of anything.  Remember, Whatever you say after "I am" you become!
