I recorded this episode a few weeks ago and never posted it for some reason. Not that it was a tough episode to record or any negative reasons, I guess the time just didn't feel right. I think it's finally time to post it for whatever reason there may be.

In this episode I dive in to divorce, my journey thus far and relationships as a whole. I am very fortunate that I have a good relationship with my ex and that my separation and divorce has gone so well, I know not everyone has had that experience. But sometimes we need to let things go for them to grow and also for ourselves so that we can find our way.
