Sahar Rezai was born in the Philippines and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia,  Canada.   With a keen interest for the “non-physical” she recently completed her third and final year in Transpersonal Psychology in order to integrate Energy Psychology into her practice. Sahar believes that we are all energy, so we have the potential to achieve anything we want by changing our state of consciousness. When grounded in reality, she also enjoys lifting weights, eating food, laughing her ass off, reading books, and observing humans.
