Eric Wilden is a runner, certified coach, and a meditation practitioner since more than 30 years back. He found running after grad school and swiftly went on to start a running streak, participate in several marathons as well as a 50 miler. He found a way to combine his passion for meditation with his passion for running, and is now aiming to share his knowledge of meditation & running with other runners out there via his online platform Dharma Running.
