Welcome back to another episode of Wholistically, You Podcast! This week we’re continuing the theme of being done competing in the NCAA. Maybe you’ve gone through this/are going through it/are going to go through it soon…but there is an end date in college. This is such a difficult, emotional transition and I’m here to share my personal experience with it. The date of graduation can often feel like an expiration date; that your time has come to an end, that your talent no longer matters, whatever it may be.
