Megan is a passionate educator and learning designer with over 12 years of experience teaching and instructing people from 4-year-olds through 60+-year-olds, including people with disabilities. Currently, she works at the startup Practera where she oversees learning experience design projects utilizing technology, expert feedback, and experiential learning principles with the goal of providing learners awesome experiences without leaving their current system of work.
