I consider this one to be educational. It's the first film with the term "zombie" in the title, and also the first time we've ever seen "zombies."

Flesh-eaters were introduced by Romero in 1968, but voodoo zombies began with White Zombie in '32.

Despite my zombie bias, I really enjoy this flick. Bela Lugosi is fantastic here.
