With October being Breast Cancer and Domestic violence awareness month I couldn't think of a better person to sit down with and talk to about both serious subjects. On this episode, I sit down with Rhonda Logan and have a very open discussion about her being a Breast Cancer survivor and also a domestic abuse survivor as well. I've known Rhonda for a while now and hearing her story is so inspiring to me. I thought this was a story that I needed to share. Of course, we are our naturals selves, so we share a lot of laughs but the message is still very clear; Make sure you get your regular check ups. And ladies please don't ignore early red flags of an abusive mate, even if you ignored them, leave now!
