About the Trifilettis:
Terry spent 22 years in the cardiac operating room as a certified perfusionist operating the heart-lung machine for open heart surgeries. Travel and real estate are two of her biggest passions and when she listed her first short-term rental in Charlotte, NC on Airbnb in 2017, she never imagined it would grow into the thriving business it is today. It started as a fun side hustle and quickly grew into a full-service property management company, with Veto joining the business in 2021.
Vito spent his career in IT in Chicago, Los Angeles, and London, England. Working globally with Kraft Foods, he left Kraft in 2007 to become CIO of Preferred Meals, based in Chicago. After growing the company, Preferred was sold to Elior North America, who asked Veto to be the CIO of their portfolio of food service companies
Terry and Vito have two daughters, ages 17 and 15. Throughout their working careers in Perfusion and IT, they have been avid investors, working side hustles in addition to their corporate day jobs and being proud parents.
