About: The many faces of humor

Humor is a funny thing (pun intended). It can wear many faces. Depending on what’s going on inside us, our sense of humor may carry a mix of both lightness and darkness. As such, we can look at the way we use humor—at the kind of humor that tickles us—to learn some things about ourselves.
