This week Kym and Judith speak to Jen who as a holiday owner and property manager has experienced the full roller coaster of COVID emotions over the past 18 months. Based in the Macedon Ranges in Central Victoria, Jen is the host of the popular ‘Hosting with Heart’ podcast, where she explores every nook and cranny of being a popular holiday accommodation host.

 

In our chat with Jen we hear about the start of her business, through five (or six?) lockdowns, the boom when everything reopened for a few months, and then to her final business transition. We learn about being passionate about what you do, being optimistic in the face of challenges and also about knowing when you’ve had enough.
