This week we are so excited to welcome Kathy Moffat to the podcast to discuss authentically showing up in our lives. We discuss using curiosity to fuel our reactions and our actions.
Kathy is a certified life and marriage coach and recently received her Advanced Certification in Faith Based Coaching. She specializes in woman who are members of The Church helping them gain awareness and confidence in themselves. In Kathy’s program, woman strengthen all of their relationships; not only with themselves, also their marriage and with Heavenly Father.
She lives in Las Vegas and is the mother of 3 adult sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and one grandbaby. She has several other kids she claims as her own, many of which lived with her during their high school years.
Kathy is passionate about helping other woman understand that their thoughts and feelings are in their control. She has spent years learning to manage her own brain and it is her favorite thing to do, helping others do the same.
