30 MINI EPS The 222 portal: A manifestation exercise & ritual to call in your desires
The 222 portal also known as February 22nd is when the dates numerological align to put out the energy & vibrations making it easier for us to quantum leap, strengthen our manifestations & upgrade to the life we desire. Whether you are listening to this before, during, or after Feb 22nd this episode is still valuable & you can still do this exercise!
Part 1 – Manifestation Exercise (explained more in depth in the episode):
1. Write out what you want to release & safely burn this piece of paper stating "I am ready to release these items from my life & my reality. I ask my guides / angels / the universe to assist me in this process."
2. Sit with gratitude. What are you grateful for? Let yourself feel it.
3. Write out your manifestations. What do you want to call in for the next month, year, 3 years? Dream BIG.
Part 2 – Manifestation Ritual (explained more in depth in the episode):
1. On a tin pan, create a circle with salt & place your folded up list of manifestations in the center. Place a small bowl of water on top & float a tea light candle on top. If you use intention candles or oils you can incorporate those in. Find my favorites from Lunam Love here.
2. Cast a circle around your spell by calling in your guides, angels & any benevolent beings who would like to help asking them to place protection around your spell for the duration of it & visualizing a white light around it.
3. Light your candle stating "I release my manifestations into the universe. I trust they are on their way to me & I surrender to the universe knowing it will happen in divine timing. I am open to receiving my manifestations in both expected & unexpected ways. It is this or something better."
4. As your candle burns, dream as if your manifestations have already come true. Focus on the feelings these bring to you.
5. When it is done burning, thank your guides, angels & the universe for assisting. Know it is on it's way to you in divine timing.
