It’s okay to not be okay. Pain is a natural part of our human experience. When we feel the feelings that don’t feel as comfortable, how do we deal with them? Some of us try to runaway, some tuck it away and dive deep into their work, some medicate and all other sorts of things. I’d like to offer the option of meditation. Not with the intention of eradicating pain, but rather with the intention to let yourself feel and see what energy or negative self-talk, that you can let go of. Wednesday episode will be a meditation geared towards letting go. I hope you are able to give it a listen:)
