Life is like a roller coaster…where the carts are off the rails…going in all different directions.  My emotions are all over the place- they change by the hour, if not the minute!  I am exhausted yet, we aren’t “busy”.  

I am in mom mode 100% of the time while also being in “employee” mode 75% of the day.   After some real talk about how I’m feeling these days, I also give some suggestions on what you can do to feel as normal as possible under these extraordinary circumstances.
