30 years of life & I got to celebrate It with my loved ones.  A lot of reflection has been going on these past couple months.  Ive slowly started to see the change I have always wanted in my life.   Daily practices turn in to life long habits.  I am no where near perfect, but I shared an experience with you all, that shows me I'm on the right path.  We all are on our own journey, but we always can learn and grow from each other.  Life long students of the game called life.
