Episode 30! Wow! Can't believe I've already released 30 episodes. Having a podcast was a dream of mine for so long and here we are. 30 episodes in. Thank you guys for riding this wave with me.

In today's episode, I started out just wanting to give you guys an update on some life changes that have been happening and it turned into a bit of a conversation about the importance of self care and what self care can look like. It doesn't always have to be massages and new nails. It can be, but it doesn't have to be.
