In this episode, I got to bring one of my closest friends, Anna Graham (not to be confused with Banana Gram, Enneagram, or just anagram), to the podcast to discuss a super vulnerable topic: singleness. Seasons of waiting are hard. That is just the truth. Hard walking through them and difficult knowing how to be a friend to someone in them but Anna gives us some beautiful insight into how she has found a contentment with her desires. And she has learned that hoping for something is so different than putting your hope IN something. And in that balance, contentment in this tricky season can be found.
So thankful to Anna for coming on her and her heart + thankful for you for tuning in! (Oh, and don't worry - I figured out the guy I was thinking about was Donald Miller).
Rev 19:10 "For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Psalm 27: 13-14 "I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."
Isaiah 26
