In life, we have so many things that are overwhelming in our lives, and we look for the quick fix. We can't and this episode is also not one of them. But we can always look for ways to have our cake and eat it too. This episode is also dedicated to my brother, Mike. I love you and hope you keep shining down on me.

Hi Team! Hope your holidays were good and your 2019 was as well....but for many, it may not have been. How do we allow ourselves to feel the moment, but not live in it when they are tough? I challenge you to look at your 2019 and see what were your highs and lows....here's mine.

When we look back a traditions, what are some things you hold on to and do yearly? Do they change because we grow up, or people are no longer there, or have we just changed because of the new generations traditions....which suck, by the way....they don't even know who from the Christmas Carol...it's Charles Dickens, you a-holes!!!!

I've had a few relationships I've been dealing with the last few weeks.....two with married men, and one with a girl....all sexual. Eek!

I love my job. It's tough, demanding, rewarding, exhausting, aggrivating....but what isn't? The kids I get to see...I could never quit on them...and someone did today.

Created a list of things that truly bother me and at times, must bite my tongue and say nothing....but boy do these things make me go.....you're dumb!
