  1. Going to church as a family is Important
  2. It’s good enough to be good enough
  3. Recognizing generational curses is important and breaking them is vital
  4. Guard your heart above all else
  5. Regular date nights with the husband is important
  6. Always keep growing and learning
  7. Gotta crave out time for yourself
  8. Invest in a hobby
  9. Working out regularly is important
  10. Sunlight is good for your mood
  11. Kids will try and test limits. Be on a team with your spouse
  12. A clean home isn’t the most important thing in the world
  13. Always be ready to listen to your kids
  14. It’s important to be involved in your kids lives. Every aspect. But don’t helicopter. Let kids fail.
  15. It’s ok to still be figuring things out.
  16. You arnt here to be bffs with your older kids. They need love and guidance.  
  17. Ice cream still is ok for breakfast and cereal for dinner won’t kill your kids
  18. Model, model, model.  Clothing, music choices, language, choices. It’s all important
  19. Teaching a teen to drive will always be scary to me. 
  20. Take care of your health. Dentist, doctor’s appointments.
  21. Set a bedtime and make sure you get that sleep
  22. It’s ok to grow out of a relationship that is toxic.
  23. Everyone isn’t your friend.  Use discernment with choosing your circle
  24. Teaching your kids about Jesus is the best decision you’ll ever make
  25. You don’t have to do it all
  26. Strive to be a proverbs 31 woman. More than a wife. Make it a lifestyle 
  27. Protect your peace at all costs. It’s ok to protect it
  28. Social media is a toxic place. Proceed with caution
  29. You are more than a mom. You are a human being first.  Remember the things that make you happy too
  30. Sometimes you have to pour from an empty cup. Things are temporary and the years are fleeting.  

Bonus: embrace the gray hair!
