In this episode, we will be hearing from Matthew Cain, who is a full-time bible teacher and writer.  He lives with his family in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  The title of today’s episode is ‘Towards a Theology of Rest’.  This is an excellent topic for so many of us.  Too much rest is not good for us.  However, not enough rest is equally dangerous.  We trust the message today will encourage all of us to take rest more seriously.
