For our dirty thirty (wooo!), we discussed the complexities of maturing sexual energy. Specifically, the ways in which sex education, or the lack thereof, impacts our understanding of our own sexuality; what happens when we project a strong sense of sexual understanding that we don’t actually have; and the importance of open, vulnerable communication — especially when it’s awkward — as a tool for self knowing. We also nail down the problem with dating apps.
