Well I had to do it, everyone is sharing thoughts about what went down between Will Smith and Chris Rock at the Oscar's over the weekend, and I just wanted to share the lesson that I learned from it. I can give grace to both Will Smith and Chris Rock and allow them to have their own emotions and feelings and to be human and make mistakes...but that doesn't mean I have to follow either of their examples...I believe that there is a better way! To me it's not about who was right and who was wrong, but about what was right and what was wrong.
