Today we’re going to talk a little bit about Hegemony, counter-hegemony, and the process through which the media is used to perpetuate hegemonic belief systems. This research is initiated by and based on resources provided by the lecturers at Massey University as part of the course 154.302: Gender and Race in the Media.
