Brian Drummond is a Canadian voice actor, he's best known for voicing Vegeta in the Ocean Dub of Dragon Ball Z, Ryuk in Death Note, Knuckles in Sonic Underground and a whole bunch of other characters in various franchises. 

 

Oh, and he's also going to be voicing Dr. Eggman in Sonic Prime.
