The DIY Universe: How You Build Your World

Seth kicks things off by reminding us that the physical world isn't where the party starts; it’s just where the cleanup happens. According to the session, we are constantly manipulating our surroundings from the "inside out."

• The End Result: Everything you see—your house, your car, that weird lamp you bought—is the "end result" of inner action. The objective world doesn't create itself.
• The Dream Connection: You’re practicing reality-building all the time, both when you’re awake and when you’re catching z’s in the dream state.
• Mental Enzymes: This is where it gets spooky-cool. Seth introduces "mental enzymes" connected to the pineal gland. Think of these as the cosmic glue that turns a thought into a thing.
• The Skin Projector: You are literally "sweating" your reality into existence. Chemicals are released through your skin and pores in an "invisible but definite pseudophysical formation" that eventually hardens into the objects you touch.
• Intensity Matters: If you really, really want that pizza, the intensity of your mental image determines how fast it materializes. Weak thoughts stay in the "struggle" phase and never quite make it to the physical finish line.
• Fingertip Control: Your environment is as much a part of you as your own skin. Seth notes: "You create it as you create your fingertip."

High-Speed Thinking

• Faster Than a Speeding Bullet: As the session points out, "A thought is indeed faster than a locomotive. Or a rocket."
• The Inner Core: Your physical image and the objects around you are "flying out in all directions" from your inner self. You’re essentially a metaphysical firework.

The 77th Envelope Experiment: A Psychic Hit

To prove he wasn't just talking a big game, Seth performed a "reading" on a sealed envelope containing an old newspaper clipping from 1950. The article was about Jane Roberts (Ruburt) being elected president of her college council. Seth’s "vibes" were pretty spot on:

• The Peak: He mentioned a "mountain" or "high peak," which referred to the "high point" of Jane's college honors.
• The Law: He picked up on "laws or edicts," which matched a news story on the back of the clipping about the Feinberg Law and constitutional rights.
• The Squad: He identified "four people" mentioned in a note; the article featured a photo of Jane and three other council members.
• The Misdeed: Seth mentioned an "apparent misdeed" connected to a young female. This was a direct hit on Jane's history—she was actually expelled from that college later for something she didn’t even do. Talk about a chilling flashback!
