3 top tips for my audience:
1. Don’t claim the shame - your abuser owns the shame. Just claim your recovery.
2. Have hope. Even if you have to dig and claw your way to it. Take it. Claim it.
3. Believe you deserve recovery. Visualize yourself getting better and take the first step.
