  • Took me 4 hours to make a 20 minute long video. Realized halfway through watching it that I am doing the wrong thing.
  • I’m not working on the right pieces right now.
  • I see this as investment in education rather than wasting time. Now… I know, NOT to do this. 
  • Don’t paint a sculpture until you’re done sculpting. 
  • 75 Hard is great. But it’s due to the structure, planning, knowing what to do daily, and committing to personal excellence. 
  • Structure & Planning. Routine. Knowing what to do. That’s the secret sauce of 75 hard.
