Greg shares his journey from leaving high school and going into the Navy, then working in restaurants and construction trade, to starting his own handyman and remodelling company. During this period Greg started up twelve other companies from scratch. He has been self employed for 21 years and made over 200MM dollars in real estate deals.   

Dive in as they talk about how Greg backed up a couple in a bar-restaurant venture and the consequences he had from not being in control of it, and how recruiting a multitask bookkeeping office manager, and taking the first step in leasing the first office space led the business in seven years to be one of the largest builder developers in the area.
