This week we have the privilege of chatting to a good friend of ours, Kate Thompson.

Kate generously shares her story with pre & postnatal depression, what helped and didn’t help her though her journey and how God encouraged her heart.

Pre & post natal depression are both very real and very personal for all who experience it. We have the honour of hearing Kate’s story today, but we also want to acknowledge that it is very different for every person.

Kate also shares her heart for the Word of God, and how that has impacted her life!
