During a recent masterclass I gave, a question came up around accomplishment and fulfilment. “I feel very good about myself when I cross the items on my to-do list on a daily and weekly basis”. That gives me fulfilment.
But what is actually accomplishment? What causes real fulfilment? Why do we have these lists? Making it easy so that we can feel we have accomplished something is an interesting trick we might be playing with ourselves. What would happen if we drop the list?
