Cynthia Loy Darst, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC, is internationally known as a pioneer in the world of coaching. One of the first eight people to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation, a founding Leader for The Co-Active Training Institute and CRR Global; she was also one of the founding members of the ICF and Past-President of ACTO (The Assoc. of Coach Training Organizations).
