This week I sit down with an incredible visionary who had a ridiculous idea...."Let's Open a brandy distillery in the heart of Bourbon Country."
Joe Heron is the crazy man behind Copper and Kings American Brandy Company and I was lucky enough to sit down with him as well as having yet another surprise guest this week.... One of my all time favorite episodes, Houston's own Morgan Weber of Indianola Distilling.
We talk about the deep American History tied to Brandy and how he is blazing a path back to our historic roots....
Morgan and I slightly bicker over who's Phoenix barrel is better and after he is defeated, we try a few upcoming releases while discussing new TTB regulations causing more headaches for the Brandy Category.
