This week's ep is a conversation with the lovely Niki, who has popped on to explore the topic of sober curiosity. After recently deciding to go sober after university, we thought it would be a good idea to dive deeper into the discourse surrounding drinking habits at different life stages, from being a teenager, through university and into professional life. We explored peer pressure, Dry January and British drinking culture, whilst also investigating alcohol-free options and whether or not they really scratch the same itch.
