Unfortunately, fear also sometimes prevents us from doing something we want to do, or from following our dreams, taking risks, trying new things, even introducing ourselves to someone new at a party. Crazy!
The truth is that fear is just an emotion. A vibration in your body. And, you have all the tools to process and manage fear at your fingertips - literally and figuratively - and today, I share some more.
