Chelsea were fined a measly £10.75m for financial doping during an incredibly successful period for them, and made a lot of money in that time, but does the punishment fit the crime? The boys take a punt at fixing the whole punishment system, and find ways to deter other clubs from doing this in future. It's unlikely to fix Man City in time, but we can still try... alright?!
