To stay the same, for everyone else's comfort. To not show up as you. So many of this community are warriors of the self-care, self-love, self-growth club, usually forced there by a health issue that turned your world upside down. You are "doing the work" - the shadow work, the inner child healing, the rewriting of limiting beliefs, and it is HARD - you deserve to celebrate aaaaalll of it!!!
