Hello and welcome to the first episode of 2022!

If you’re wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to for the first few months of this year, this episode is for you. I took the start of the year to refresh so that I could restructure my entire business.

That’s right, BIG changes are coming! I am so thrilled to share all of the news with you, and to dive into my motivations behind these exciting changes ahead.

I’m retiring my most profitable group program (?!?!). I’m hiring my in-house dream marketing team. Why systems are my number one priority. Why I’m looking outside of the coaching industry for my inspiration (and you should too!). The growth of this podcast.
