Today I was joined by James Lancaster. He is the owner of Deep River Fit, a founding member of the nonprofit Kings of Grit, the Brand Manager for his coffee company, Bloodhound Provisions, and a GORUCK athlete.
In this episode, expect to learn all about James. We talk how James inspired my proposal, about his roots, the importance of family history, his interest in things like: fitness, boxing, photography, woodworking, guitar playing, coffee, service for others, and hunting, how he first got into sports, when he opened his gym, Deep River Fit, his goals with the gym, how CrossFit as a sport is not the same as getting a good workout, the need to train for real life, his life as a hunter, what hunting means to him, how they don't make things like they used to, how he expresses himself creatively, what his nonprofit, Kings of Grit, does to serve others, how to cultivate simplicity in others, and much more.
This conversation with James was one of my favorites on the show, please check out all of the links below to support all the cool things he has going on.
