This week we are joined by Kelsi Paul, the Cidermaster at Taves Estate Cidery and a member of Central Fraser Valley Search and Rescue Society. 

We discuss her passion for hiking and helping others as well as her work with cidermaking and how she broke into the industry. We further discuss the experiences involved in Search and Rescue, being a good Samaritan, surviving a bear encounter, kinesiology, Pearies, the cidermaking process, and some unexplained haunted hikes.
