There are just 5 days left in 2020 to set goals for 2021, reflect on this historical year and set priorities that will carry you through the next chapter of your life. Many of us make goals surrounding fitness, health, career, and money; but how many of us make goals surrounding relationship and connection with others?

This year, as we have faced a time like no other, we’ve watched the world lose connection as we were asked to socially distance, isolate and shut our world down for safety reasons. As we come out of this, whenever that may be, we will undoubtedly have a long road back with regards to relationships.
