Brittney Oliver-Baker is the Author of Buddha Belly: A Mind body soul approach to health starting with your gut and the Founder and Lead educator for the Holistic Wellness Coaching Academy. She is a Board Certified Holistic Health and Life Coach who holds a 2 year traditional college degree as well as multiple wellness certifications. Growing up overweight with chronic panic attacks, even in childhood, she fought to heal what she thought was a hormonal imbalance. She later discovered that the key to her 26 years of suffering would be found in her GUT.

We talked, in this episode, about Gut Health and how to better listen to our body. Brit also shared how she’s helping other coaching and the programs she’s offering for her clients.

“Parenting was just this blissful thing. Like No! A lot of the times we struggled especially between each other with resentments or in so much stress and all these things. But now that I get here, I set up that business, I designed the business around the life that I wanted. And I wanted flexibility. I wanted to do something I was passionate about the love that put into people that I believed in, and I wanted to be able to not have to offload my kids too much.” - Brittney Oliver-Baker
