Companies expect a high level of obedience from their staff in return for stable and predictable income plus the ability to expand and progress.  Their primary tool is to restrict the spectrum of acceptable opinion and to apply a hierarchy based on job titles.  All of this comes under pressure with the introduction of a new shiny toy.  Here caution is thrown to the wind as groups compete to be the first adopter.  While this dynamic is common in politics, this podcast focuses on companies and possibly a hedge fund at the end.
